This is a fun and fast-paced class taught by the owner Tiffany Moore. According to the Moore Dancing website, this class is a level 3 (the hardest level). I definitely recommend it for people who have dance experience or who are good at picking up for choreography. However, the studio also has more beginner level follow along classes.
In addition, Tiffany is up in the front dancing the whole time, so you don’t ever have to split up into groups and watch each other dance or be watched. I’ve taken this class twice and both times broke a sweat and had a lot of fun.
The only pain point with this studio is that parking can occasionally be tough. It’s street parking on Montana or San Vicente. If parking on San Vicente, walk through the plaza that Socal Hot Yoga is in to get to the entrance on Montana. Be sure to give yourself at least an extra 10 min for parking.
