This class was hard! Or maybe that’s because I’ve never used a mini trampoline before and the last time I was on a trampoline was the tumble track at a gymnastics center where I badly sprained my ankle and ended my gymnast career before it really even begun. So maybe I have a slight bias towards trampolines, but this class required a lot of coordination.
It started with a floor cardio and stretch warm-up that included dance moves, and then followed by a section of bouncing on mini trampolines using both and one legs all while trying to coordinate hand movements. I was scared of falling off, but I made it. The second half of the class consisted with an arm section using weights, followed by a floor mat cardio session and ending with a few stretches. It was tough, but it was great. I can’t wait to try out the other classes! Also, it doesn’t hurt that Taylor Swift and Rosie Huntington-Whiteley goes here ;).
