Workout type: Barre, Yoga, Cardio, Cycle, Pilates, Circuit/Strength Training, Tennis, Dance

Difficulty: Level 1-5

Next day soreness: 1-5

Duration of class

Sweat Level: 💧No Sweat, 💧💧A Little Dewy, 💦Moderately Sweaty, 💦💦Sweaty, 💦💦💦Drenched




Requirements for class: such as mat, towel, grippy socks, sneakers, water, etc.
