I went to the first class of the day on a Saturday and arrived about 10 minutes early. The instructor did not get there until about 3 min before class started so everyone just kind of gathered on the sidewalk. From reading Yelp reviews, it looks like the instructors typically run late. The studio itself was clean and well-kept, but nothing really special.
The class, like other megaformer pilates classes, was tough and definitely a good workout. But overall, the experience was kind of bland. The crowd here also seemed a little older than the other pilates studios I’ve been to. I think this is a good class if you can’t get into more popular pilates studios and if it’s convenient for you to get to.
