This was my first time at The Dailey Method and found it to be a nice change from my other barre classes since a lot of the movements were very different from the other barre classes I’ve taken. Audrey M was my instructor and she made sure that all the newbies understood the correct form and movement, and I thought the extra attention was great. She is however, not shy with her corrections and at one point grabbed my head pretty hard so just be aware! It was definitely a good workout, and left me breaking a sweat and sore the next day.
The studio is very cute and clean, and there was a wide range of ages who attended the class. Most people seemed like regular clients, though it appeared that my class had about four newbies, a higher than normal number. One cool thing I noticed was that the studio offers babysitting and specific prenatal classes. Parking is also very easy, so that’s always a plus!
